Catty Cats Garden Hotel

The staff were very polite and friendly at all times. The cats and gardens are well kept and made it a very enjoyable experience.

Breakfast not great for me. I requested gluten free bread before arrival and was assured it would be there and it wasn’t. I spoke to the chef twice and the first time he said he couldn’t get it, the second time he said he could but all week I literally had water melon and oranges for breakfast. Other meals could do with variation, the family did enjoy The pastry chefs puddings, although again no option for gluten free. Whilst the room was cleaned daily, the sheets were not always fresh The constant selling whilst you were trying to relax could get irritating and the coke was often flat as multiple drinks were poured at once then handed out. Coffee machine wasn’t always working and kept having to ask for milk. Also the machines are turned off over night with no facilities in your room to make a drink.

I liked the location of the hotel in the city - a quiet street about 10 minutes walk from the beach. We had a room on the ground floor with access to the courtyard to the pool. Instead of parasols, there were orange and olive trees. The room was large and clean. The pool was also clean. Honest cleaning took place every day. Free wifi, sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach as well. With my older daughter, we used the spa and paid for a hammam - we were very satisfied.

Lack of staff in the dining room - they only managed to clean up the dirty dishes, but not to wash the table and set the cutlery. We had to carry cutlery to the table ourselves. The dining room was not air-conditioned. No labels for buffet meals. Often I didn't even know what I was eating. The transfer to the sea was only to the beach in the morning and only back to the hotel in the afternoon. There is no option to leave before noon for lunch and then back.

Geen gezelligheid. Geen sfeer Geen gezellige bar met zitjes (alleen een afhaalbar voor de drankjes in plastic bekers) Geen koeling in restaurant

Отель для отдыха с детьми отлиный. Детская анимация есть, детям нравилось. После 11вечера нет громкой музыки. До моря 10 минут пешком, пляж хороший. Еда отлиная. персонал на просьбы реагировал быстро. Сейф почигили в течении 3 часов. ,.

Wir hatten ein Studio mit 3 Betten, welches viel Platz geboten hat. Das Büfett war vielfältig und schmackhaft. Der Strand war in 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Musik am Pool war manchmal etwas zu laut. Im Bad fehlte mir etwas Platz zur Ablage von persönlichen Waschutensilien

Piscine trop petite! Impossible d en profiter à cause de beaucoup d enfants , trop de touristes dans l hôtel pour une superficie aussi petite. Les repas sont répétitifs,

Het zwembad was prima. Het verblijf was prima voor 1 nacht.

Het ziet er allemaal niet erg mooi en netjes uit, eten was niet goed.
