Bed and AC are good Staff is very accommodating

Kindly double-check the unit again before turning it over to the customer *Cockroach *Mosquitos

Clean Equipment in the room is good Bed confortable Breakfast is a buffet (if they don't change the food, it's okay for 1 night but not more) limited choice

We stayed 1 night and the morning before leaving, there was no more water, we couldn't finish the shower so we asked for a little refund then they said it will be fixed in 15 minutes but we were already about to leave we asked for a check out at the same time. Then they offered us to have lunch for free in the restaurant but we said that we will leave now. They said they can't refund if you already paid the night with a credit card. Finally they gave us 2 bottles of water.

The property was clean and tidy and good size swimming pool but water stung the eyes

It wasn’t the property but when booking.com said the cost was 4096.40 pesos and I got charged 4462.15 for the two nights something is not right

When I left the property , seeing the property in my rear view mirror was the thing I liked best about the property.

Cockroaches, no towel, no phone to call the front desk for towel. Tv controller didn’t work, WiFi was not working. Going up two flights of stairs with no help from staff with all my luggage. About 4 am loud dogs,cats, roosters and other noises, actually I can have that , because usually I wake up at 4am. And love those morning farm noises , but I had no sleep because the cockroaches. Then about 10am loud singing, when I thought I finally was going to get a little sleep. I checked out. They asked how was your stay. I said terrible , they said nothing. I said very nicely like three times. “Do you want to know why it was terrible so you can help your next guest” They said “no , that’s ok”. Amazing. It is car car so not many choices. My room was nicer and cheaper in Cebu city.
