The overall staffs and the Owner/General Manager was very accommodating and helpful. Kudos to the Owner/General Manager.

The property doesn’t have elevator especially for us carrying our luggages. The toilet needs to have exhaust as it is so hot like a sauna. The toilet bowl had a bunch of hair floating on top of the water.

Absolutely a poor effort.

Breakfast was included but very poor effort. I ordered Bacon and eggs and rec'd 2 pcs bacon and one fried egg hard 2 pcs of toast that I had to get retoasted. Restaurant food was acceptable in the evening.

Food was just ok. I’m pretty sure the pancit I got was instant.

The cafe was very nice, the staff were helpful.

The pool wasn’t clean, the water was mirky. My friend had a reaction on her legs from the water and my son caught a fever. Both mornings, before 7am there was maintenance and drilling going on.

Staff are helpful & hospitable. Big area & lots of plants. Aestheticly pleasing in the eyes the resort ambience.

The A/C is not properly working. We have to request an electric fan to make the room colder.

It's not 5 star but the room was spotless. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Incredibly good value for money. Food was good. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we will be back as we have family in the area.
