Excellent accommodation stay for a relaxing weekend on the water. Close to amenities. Really friendly & helpful staff.

Nothing. We could really have done With 2 keys. Made life hard as I’m not that well and need to rest during the My partner likes to wander around but I had to walk with crutches to the gate to let him in. That’s the only thing I have to say but otherwise a fantastic place x

It was easy to locate, there was free parking on site, the staff were very polite and helpful, room was exceptionally clean and the views were breathtaking. I loved everything about it and I’ll definitely come again.

N/A - Fair enough I was placed as furthest away from my birth as could be and ask if any closer were available on Sun night to be told no. BS there were at least x4 free

Cracks all over the ceiling plaster. Freezing cold at night due to the bath room window being broken and not sealing.

The room was well laid out and as described, as per photos. Check in was easy and we were showed to our room by a staff member and everything was explained. Would highly recommend.

The parking isn’t great due to ongoing work in the area, and some of the car parks being closed. We were very lucky that the weather was amazing, but some of the rooms at some way from the entrance.

Peaceful, spotlessly clean, had good amenities close to it. Close to Cardiff Centre. Anyone I had to speak to were lovely, helpful and accommodating.
