Stayed in pod 9 and the location was lovely! The room was immaculate, modern and the bed was so comfy. The bathroom was really clean and fresh. Free parking, not a lot of signage however it’s on the opposite side of the road where it states for “permit holders”. You check in where the boats are advertised for sale where you’re greeted by super friendly staff who walk you down to your pod. Would definitely stay again!!

How hot the room got but a fan was in the room to help with this

My partner and I checked in on Friday, and the lady at the front desk greeted us warmly. She provided a thorough explanation of everything we needed for our stay. However, I was informed that I would receive clean towels the next day, the tea and coffee station would be replenished, and the bin would be emptied, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Pros: Ample parking Accommodation was clean upon arrival The bed was comfortable The shower was spacious Ell was exceptionally helpful

Cons: The bin was not emptied during our stay No clean towels were provided The tea and coffee station was not replenished The water pressure in the shower was extremely poor Overall, both my partner and I were disappointed, especially since we chose to celebrate her birthday here. We hope that these issues can be addressed for future guests.
