Tranquil Riverfront Oasis at High Bridge Court

The house is beautiful. Really well furnished with all that you could ask for. Comfy beds, nice bedding and towels, and lovely free toiletries. We were able to use the patio area next to the river for a bbq (we brought ourselves) which was lovely. Having a parking space was great, with another car park over the road if you had more than 1 car. So close to the town and next door to the boat hire! Staff were very responsive and helpful.

Clear instructions from the property owners

The code to the lock box was sent via email a couple of hours before arrival - but we were already in transit. The property is in a poor 5G signal area - so it was a challenge to find somewhere to obtain a signal to obtain the code from my emails.

The location was fantastic, easy to walk everywhere. Parking was a bonus and in a gated cul-de-sac which felt very safe. The house was amazing, everything you could need plus the beds were so comfy. Would stay again.

The location was very good being on the river front. It was warm and comfortable with everything that we needed for our stay. Neighboughs were very helpful with little tips and helping when we arrived.

We had trouble getting the key code as I left home before the vital email. I did let the agent know that I could be contacted on another email which they acknowledged before hand, however once we had the code we had follow up messages to see that we were OK. Booking.com were not helpful in that they cancelled our booking and expected us to find alternative accommodation which thankfully was not needed. We did have a stressful hour while things were sorted out by the letting agent. I suggest that the code is given earlier that the day of arrival.

Fantastic location next to the river and close to everything in Knaresborough. Private parking for 1 car on site. Spacious. Modern. Provided with everything needed. Communication was excellent and friendly.

Check-in time was listed as 4pm+ , which is very late, HOWEVER we were able to request much earlier check-in, which was granted.

The cottage is beautiful, cozy and has everything you need

The noise from the nearby pub. Friday night was fine. No noise but Saturday I think they had a party and it was very noisy. The noise did stop from about 11pm.

River frontage and a small walk into town. Free parking for 1/2 cars. Opposite a quiet pub 'The Worlds End' and an Ice Cream Parlour. A few games to play under the staircase.

Trying to work the TV, but managed to work it out. The house is nice and clean but the master bedroom shower needs a bit of grouting, tile loose.on leading edge , otherwise perfect.

Spotlessly clean and shiny. Good location, private secure parking

Kitchen equipment rather basic if you want to prepare your own meals rather than eating out, eg no potato peeler, no teapot. Welcome pack included only tea and coffee, no milk or biscuits
