FRRahul is a great person that really cares about the stay of his guests. His priority is your safety and that you enjoy Alleppey. The hostel has a warm atmosphere and is very cheap if you travel on a budget. I really recommend the canoeing village tour and the kayaking for sunrise!
The hostel can feel a bit far from the city center, but actually the hostel is right next to the backwaters were you can enjoy kayaking and shikara ride.
INGreat place to stay near the serene backwater. We went kayaking during sunset and it was a very pleasant experience. Rahul is a very good host and very helpful.

PHWe stayed here for 2 weeks! Super relaxing hostel by the backwaters. The property is big and has a lot of space! The dorm is clean and comfortable. They have everything for music, arts, and games. Rahul is such a nice guy and is very helpful with everything we need.

GBThis hostel is my favourite in India hands down! Rahul is the best and can give you the best local info as well as being such a welcoming host. The beds are comfortable and the AC works really well. The hostel is super social but chill and relaxed, and we went for a hostel family meal which was so nice. Location is right by the backwaters so super authentic and convenient! For the price you honestly can’t find better.

GBLocation is 20 meters from the back waters which is good. The manager is very friendly and very easy to talk to. I liked the energy of the place.
The place really does need improvement. Dorms have no curtains for the minimum privacy, no air con just a ceiling fan but does not do the job unfortunately. The dorm was very hot. The bathroom has a lot of mould from floor to walls, the shower holder on the wall is broken. I know, it's very cheap but the basics were not there for me. The second day I decided to stay at the same hostel but got a private room. Much more comfortable. Bedding is good, decent bathroom and having a large fridge in the room is a great added value.
INI absolutely adored the place! It’s close to some lovely backwaters, and the sunrise from the viewpoint was absolutely stunning, with such peaceful bird singing. You could even take a short ride in the backwaters from there. The staff were wonderful, and Rahul was incredibly supportive and helpful, making sure everyone had a fantastic time exploring Alleppey. I even met some strangers who have since become friends and family.
I absolutely loved the place. There’s nothing to do; it has everything you need. Even if someone writes a negative review, don’t believe it until you’ve seen and visited yourself. You’ll fall in love with the place and the friendly helpful people.
