Well kept clean, quiet, good air conditioning and spacious.

Mismanagement and lack of controle of the facility upon delivery: - 1 bathroom cannot be used due to overwhelming sewage smell. Management's response: send the cleaning lady again to no avail and promise to send a technician who never showed up. Our response during the stay: demand a refund of €150 (= 17.5% of the price). Management's response: agrees only, if we give a positive review of 9+. - Same bathroom: toilet flushes poorly. Other bathroom: switching to shower works poorly. - Kitchen utensils incomplete (e.g.: 3 forks for a 4 to 6 person apartment) and kitchenware randomly distributed between the 2 kitchens. - 1 of 2 kitchens is of limited use due to absence of wall sockets. - One bedroom: no bedside lamps availible; other bedroom: bedside lamps available, but impossible to connect to socket(s). - Both TVs not ready for use, largest LG TV without cable connection, 1 remote controle without batteries. For streaming: bring your own Google chromecast! - No inventory list and no manual for use.

Great location in Budapest, right in the city center. Near a lot of nice restaurants and access to transport.

Liked everything, less the fact that it was hard finding a parking spot.

Nice and multiple rooms and amazing location

A bit of smell in the corridor, but not a big deal

Two separate rooms are perfect solution for friends from different genders. The location is amazing, we found a lotta great restaurants nearby, also multiple interesting shops! It is convenient to go to anywhere. The window view is cozy and beautiful. It's really nice to wake up under the sun.

There's a smell coming from the pipe in cleaning room, we closed our room doors to avoid it but the door of the cleaning room is broken. So the smell kept spreading around. Also there's one door in the bathroom broken.

It was super easy to check in and the host was very communicative and kind. The apartment was just as advertised and really clean. Location was spot on and easy to find

The flat had everything we needed for 2 nights, very clean and comfortable, very warm welcoming, very local perfect situated in walking distance!

The location of this apartment is amazing. It has a cozy design and the staff is beyond helpful. I had a splendid time here.
