"Fin oplevelse"

Lækker villa med egen pool. Vi skulle ikke vente længe før der kom en tuktuk og hentede os. Personalet var søde, morgenmad var fin.

The villa was very beautiful and spacious.

The food was very over-priced for Vietnam.

The size of the villas are big and luxurious. Beach is private and clean. Youre a couple minute grab away from local food and vinpearl attractions. Staff are nice.

Although the villas were big, pots pans and utensils are extra cost (over 1million vnd.) which kind of defeats the purpose of having a big villa. The 4 nights that my family of 5 that stayed there, could not use the kitchen. The villa did not come with washer dryer. Spa services are very expensive, look elsewhere. Breakfast, which is included was not very good. Bland tasting dishes eventhough there are many selections. Restaurants are expensive for what you get. Overall, my feelings are that this resort is overhyped and overpriced which is unfortunate because my family was very excited for this resort.

"don’t waste your money—don’t buy the all-inclusive package"

3.0

1. The airport staff in charge of pickup provided excellent service. 2. The restaurant service staff and service were good. 3. The room was very quiet because it was a private villa.

Overall, don’t waste your money—don’t buy the all-inclusive package, just stay at the Regent Phu Quoc. 1. The hotel’s service does not meet the standards of its star rating. Before my stay, my flight was rescheduled, so I asked in advance if they could update my airport pickup time. They refused, telling me to take a taxi instead (past midnight). I initially thought it was because no other guests were arriving around the same time. However, upon arrival, I found that there were other hotel guests on my exact flight, and the shuttle bus was used only by the two of them. The hotel staff at the airport warmly invited me to join them. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have checked first instead of flat-out refusing me—it would’ve been easy to just add me to that same shuttle. Also, before check-in, I asked about some paid on-site experiences (e.g., a romantic beach dinner), but never received any reply, even after I checked out. 2. The all-inclusive package offers nothing worthwhile. Unlike what other reviews mention—there’s no butler, no exclusive beach area, no extra experiences, and no one offering you towels. The only difference in the dining area is a small cocktail stand with very limited options. Other than that, it’s exactly the same as for regular guests. Even the snack menu at the beachside restaurant isn’t worth the extra money. 3. The hotel activities are lackluster. I joined a pizza-making cooking class. Eight people were crammed around a tiny counter, with only three pre-kneaded dough balls. The entire pizza-making process took about five minutes—no real experience at all. The yoga class I had been looking forward to didn’t happen either. 4. The furniture and facilities in the room are quite dated. It looks beautiful at first glance, but the details don’t hold up. The sofa had permanent stains and pilling, the bedroom curtains were torn upon arrival, and the bathroom corners were old and dirty.
