Two breakfast options were great - we preferred the Asian option as it included western food as well as asian.

Language barrier with some staff at reception and their inability to be flexible with questions asked or support needed. But if you find someone that can understand English they are great help!

"Nice villa but would not return to this hotel based on service alone"

I liked the villas and setup of the beds. Tuktuk was nice to get around.

The staff service and Choices at breakfast. There was no utensils and people were rude. The prevention of cross contamination for allergies was seen as an inconvenience by staff. Getting any kind of service was difficult. Hotel staff was great.

Nhân viên chỉ ưu tiên khách tây và khách đoàn,book villa hồ bơi riêng giá thì trên mây tưởng sẽ có gì khác biệt ai dè bị đối xử như khách phòng,thật phí tiền vô nghĩa,biển thì bãi cát rác không,ghế nằm thì dơ ,với giá phòng 3 ngày 2 đêm thì qua Nam đảo ở được cả tháng
