Really good facilities

Morning buffet seasoning was really bad, need to improve, i’ve been to another branch of Melia and buffet was much better than this. Tuktuk sometimes takes forever to come, reception doesnt pick up phone

villa avec vue sur plage plutôt le point positif du séjour!

je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié l arrivé pour l enregistrement (manque de personnel) et bien trop longue ainsi que le manque d organisation pour le transfert en chambre mais le pire c est le manque de navettes et l attente sur liste pour le parcours vers les villas! J'ai détesté le lieux pour la prise des repas à l étage, manque de personnel pour nous installé à table, les tables n étant pas débarrassées vu qu' il y avait que 4 personnes pour le service et surtout une ambiance de cafeteria, loin de ce que nous avons connus lors de nos dernière vacances dans cet établissement.
