Location was good as we were playing in a beach tournament close by. Management was very nice.

Property needs renovation. Bathtub was dirty with hairs from prior tenants. Bed comforter smelled like a man. Air conditioning unit was held together completly by duck tape and was only moderatly cool. Wifi was spotty, and couldn't connect long enough to watch streaming TV and we missed important phone messages. Lots of noise from other rooms/apts. Very expensive for this old property.

It was clean, large enough for a family, and very close to the beach.

It’s located in downtown Ocean City and you should expect to be awake till 3-4 am due to party goers, loud music, horns, drunks etc. I really wish they had a washer and dryer.

Large place, lots of room. The staff were VERY nice and Accommodating. I can’t stress that enough. They got us checked in at lunch instead of 4pm and definitely went above and beyond for us.

When we opened the door to the place, the smell that came out was so bad we thought we weren’t going to be able to stay there. Turned on all the AC units and got air moving and the smell became tolerable by 11pm that night. And the main issue is the place not being clean at all. Hair in every bathroom, every bed, sand and dirt covered the floors, ants and bugs in the place. Not the quality we were expecting.

It was near the Boardwalk and the beach

No amenities, 3 bedroom apartment with only 1 TV, no paper Towels, no dishwasher or dish cloths, no was machines or dryers, no swimming pool on the property. No toaster, no iron.
