It was nice and clean

He charged us over 1000$ in hidden fees and constantly showed up to try and kick us out demanding more money

Location two blocks away from the beach and it was a very short walk. Big enough for a family of 5

Blanket was missing from the room with one bed, the bathroom door didn’t shut right and the floor registers need replaced they were broken and dirty looking.

"Great place to stay and the rate was perfect."

It was in a great location and close to assawomen bay and the boardwalk.

When we showed up the room was 81 degrees and it took forever to cool it off.

"It could have been cleaner but otherwise was a decent place"

Good parking, close to the beach and boardwalk

Had a note on the fridge of all the cleaning responsibilities like wiping out the fridge/freezer and all countertops, taking all the trash out, gathering all the linens etc. or threat of extra charges. Although the freezer had something melted in it and there was a bottle of body wash left behind and pubic hairs in the bathrooms when we went in. Seemed a little excessive
