Modern and great location

Location was great. Secure parking a real bonus. House was very clean. Staff dealt promptly with issues brought to their attention.

Additional tea towels required. One really isn’t enough. A kitchen cloth - you cannot wipe down sides with a scourer. Additional toilet rolls - middle bathroom had barely half a roll. Towels smelled musty, perhaps not dried properly after washing. Constructive comments - meant to help.

No supplies of toilet paper No tea towels or sponges for washing up No shower gel or shampoo Having to use access portal was not particularly helpful.

Location excellent for town and local amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities. Well equipped and modern kitchen although the oven was initially difficult to operate. Bathroom/ shower rooms also modern and clean.

Everything was great nothing to dislike

Fantastic stay for work, good location, free parking which can be difficult in Dolgellau. I accidentally booked for next month and upon arrival the host was still able to accommodate.

No coffee pods

Small confusion over the lock box but quickly and easily resolved
