It was sea view that too partially from side window.

Rooms were OK; Food was less than mediocre; Service was terrible.

Location is excellent

I didn't have room what I paid for and was put in inferior room due to dysfunctional ac. We had to be without penthouse room for 1.5 days .

Location was very good.

Property didn't mention that Parking is not available in the property or anywhere nearby. This should be mentioned by them. Good to stay but don't eat in the bar and restaurant or even depend on the breakfast from the hotel. You will never get it when you need food.

The location was excellent (no other hotel in Pondicherry offers this location). The room amenities were all top end and luxurious. Breakfast was good and freshly made. Anbu and the staff were were extremely hospitable.

Nothing to not like

The location was superb. The hotel was classy, clean and well-designed. The toilet facilities were fantastic. Manager Anbu and staff were really good. The property has a nice cafe and rooftop restaurant

Breakfast is by order so have to be patient. It's a limited capacity hotel so we expected it.

The cafe was lovely and the room was clean and very comfortable. It’s a very nice property with a great roof terrace.

Breakfast could be a little faster coming out, we had to ask a few times for drinks and were the only people waiting.
