Location great but absolutely dead point for mobile network and there was no wifi at all. False advertisement.

Caravan was dirty, sofa full of horrible stains and smells, toilets dirty with dirty towel. Lack of lights place is dark as cave. Every room sticked of damp. Every mattress had spring sticking out, single beds pillows didn’t even had pillows cases. I have not paid alot but least place should have been fit for living and it was nowhere near.

Caravan was very old and really needed to be scrapped No internet signal any where round that area

Lovely quiet park with great scenery. Kids loved the soft play. We were lucky enough to be there for the gala day and everyone was lovely and was a great day.

The caravan needs some upgrading, lot of bits stuck on with sellotape, vents hanging from the ceiling, broken kitchen cupboard, window fixings broken, indoor lights not working and only one of the solar lights in the decking worked. We also had no working tv for the kids to wind down at night and although the host did try and get someone to fix this it wasnt fixed when we were there. Also was not cleaned to a high standard as there were eggshells in one of the drawers and opened bottles in the cupboards as well as mould under the windows in the living area and shower.

Location was perfect, so quiet and a lovely view of the loch, on site facilities were good aswell. Good if you’d like to chill out but also plenty of activities/walks to keep busy, really happy and will definitely book again!

Maybe WiFi coverage but for me this wasn’t a problem as I was looking to get away from all the noise

The location was good in regards to the facilities on site it is a little bit out of the way but not inaccessible the site facilities were fantastic with pony trekking, swimming pool, pub, restaurant, golf course, water sports including jet skiing, kayaking, canoeing etc french bowls, soft play areas well more than enough to keep you and the family occupied The staff are amazing and nothing was too much trouble and went out of their way to help We felt really welcome would definitely return and recommend

Very comfortable beds and a nice lounge area. Great shower

No serviceable WiFi. There is a mobile WiFi hub but it operates on 2.4Ghz which is useless nowadays. The site WiFi is hopeless. Apart from that, all good.

The view and the gas fire

No WiFi, bathroom radiators rusty. Fridge could only be closed by putting a bench hard against it but the light was still on so it was colder outside the fridge than inside. Threw fresh food away as they were no longer chilled. Handle on bathroom window kept falling off. Could see the grass under the caravan in one of the rooms as the mesh was missing.
