"Staff were lovely hotel setting was peaceful and lovely gardens. Room was poor."

A Friend viewed a room in person before we booked. Sent us the link based on the room she was shown by staff. The room we got was half the size , hadn't been cleaned when we arrived and took the staff 5 mins max to clean it which means they literally changed the bed and emptied the rubbish.

A clean room like the one shown as a typical standard double.
