The gardens were nice the cleaners were polite and helpful

Having to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to my room. A few nights I had no water had no wifi in my room most days or was very poor connection I was in the presidential suite which was very poor for the amount of money I paid for the room. Not very clean at all had ducks quacking all night and day and no bar to relax around the pool.

No swim up bar No bar at all Too quiet a hotel for my liking It was like a retirement village for old people. Will never stay here again

Location is brilliant ! Very quiet considering it's in the heart of it all !

The bathroom , very old so even though it's cleaned , tiles badly need replacing

L’emplacement est bon et le personnel est sympathique

Problème d’eau dans les chambres 2 fois sur 3 il faut demander de réparer la pompe car l’eau n’arrive pas dans les chambres. Première nuit après 24h de vol un technicien entame des trace au avec un marteau à 7h du matin, le réveil était brutal. J’ai trouvé un cafard dans mon lit sous la couverture.
