The location and the price is good

The property pathways and stairs need a good clean they are very slippery covered in moss, it’s quite dangerous, my daughter fell quite hard and bruised her leg, the staff didn’t even come to see if she was ok. they do not provide kettles in the room, so we had to buy one.

The hotel is great value for money. It's a basic hotel, and that's what we like. We like to base ourselves here, and then stay a night or two somewhere else. The breakfast is sufficient. The staff are friendly and always helpful. It's our second stay and we were very happy both times.

Only a couple of things. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Our door didn't have a lock, we had to shove a piece of wood under it at night to keep it closed.

The rooms we booked were 4 stories high with stairs that were quite steep

Location and top pool good. Top garden nice.

Room difficult to get into. Two separate doors....one accessed by a key while the other door had a high stiff bolt that needed to be pulled down. Upon arrival and throughout the stay the room was dirty. When I took my shoes off ( at Night ) you could feel the dirt and sand on the floor. You could easily see it during the day. Shower was also dirty. One day the room service involved having the bed made and leaving water bottles and nothing else. The next day the room wasn't made up until 3.30. NO amenities including a TV in the room. Only a fridge and air conditioner. Breakfast very restricted in selection.
