The prices of the food could have been better, given the quantity and quality. The prices were high in comparison to the quantity and Quality of it. Another problem was Mosquito and house fly problems.

Location of hotel is very beautiful and Nice. Himalaya view form hotel is very beautiful. Staff is simple and helpful. I like your local food. Daal fry is best.

One room is small in size and other is big

1. I like the food of the property, e.g., the night we arrived we didn't knew that kitchen would be closing by 10 pm. So upon our request the manager ankit rawat made arrangements for food which included the deliciously dal tadka and i tell you folks it was the best dal tadka of my life i have ever had, even better than my mother's one. So overall the food at the property is value for money. 2. I liked the view from the property in the morning, the surreal jaw dropping view on the first morning at the property left me in an eternal shock. Apart from the majestic view, I liked the calmness of the property since the property is afar from the hussle and bustle of the city's crowd so there's some peace and serenity within the property's residential area. 3. The room was sufficient enough to accommodate a family of five so no complains there. Mattress were pretty comfy, the state of pillows could be questioned, they also didn't have any of those wall mounted nails for the purpose of cloth hanging apart from that the state of room was to some measurable degree pretty impressive compared to other properties in the same range of pricing.

1. The staff was sometimes totally ignorant to what we were saying, it was like they were listening from one ear and ignoring us from the other one. For instance we checked-in late on the first day around 8 pm, so while I was taking a shower my brother told the bell boy for a menu but apparently this instruction went above his head and the said menu never arrived, then when I called the manager by 9:45 pm, he told me that the kitchen has been closed, we were so furious at that time. 2. The basic amenities at the property suck, in a consecutive two days there was no water supply by around 10 pm, we had to call him every time whenever this happened which basically sucked tbh. Apart from water supply, the wash basin was so small in size and water flow from it was negligible for washing our hands, there was no wall mounted hook on which we could put the jet spray after using the toilet. 3. The location is apparently too far away from the main city Lansdowne so if you are not on your own vehicle please do not opt for this property, because if you are without any personal vehicle, the taxi will take 300-400rs to leave you at the main market, instead choose a property like mayur hotel to accommodate within the city's visiting range. The manager also puts you in contact with greedy taxi drivers, who overcharge you for a mere distance of 2-3 km.

The rooms were spacious. Food was good. View from the hotel room was amazing in itself. Staff were cordial and well mannered.

The rooms contained cockroaches. If you decide to order food, it will take minimum 2 hours to reach to you. We booked 2 rooms for the same price but one of the room was smaller than the other room.

Home-cooked food is served at a reasonable price. The host is excellent and helps with all our needs. Nice place to stay with families and enjoy a relaxing time in nature.
