Room was meant to contain a double bed, which we paid for, but it was two twin beds. When we spoke to reception they told us it was subject to availability despite online saying it was a double. Incredibly rude and unhelpful, as well as misleading compared to the website.

It has a good location in Bangalore.

The breakfast terrace was very noisy. Good having a great experience, but in the streets tend to be very noisy from the traffic and the horns.

Location is great, room is spacious and clean.

I was excited to try the pool, but it is just in front of the restaurant, so it feels like you are in display, does not make you want to get in.
