Property Notes

Parking is only available for guests during their stay. Please note that construction work is taking place from beginning of July 13th until November 2025. Grand Hyatt DFW will experience a complete hotel transformation. Guest Registration & Check-In, Grand Met Restaurant and Lounge will be temporarily relocated to the Meeting Room Level through September 2025. The Fitness Center and In-Room Dining will remain fully operational and open for guests during this time with no impact to guest experience. Guests may expect some noise between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm each day.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Everything was above and beyond.

We had some strange happening before 1am.. the side bed lights came on several times for several seconds, several times, then stopped for about 15 minutes, then at 1am they came on and didn't shut off by themselves at all. I got up and turned them off a day on several times a day they never ca.e on again that I noticed. It was pretty weird.

"A brief but wonderful stay"

Very nice. One takes the elevator down to the airport. The staff was superb picking me up at the airport and sending me in the right direction

The food in the restaurant was junked up
