Parking is only available for guests during their stay. Please note that construction work is taking place from beginning of July 13th until November 2025. Grand Hyatt DFW will experience a complete hotel transformation. Guest Registration & Check-In, Grand Met Restaurant and Lounge will be temporarily relocated to the Meeting Room Level through September 2025. The Fitness Center and In-Room Dining will remain fully operational and open for guests during this time with no impact to guest experience. Guests may expect some noise between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm each day.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Loved the decor and location, but soundproofing needs improvement."

Loved the decor and lighting in the room and the hotel overall. Would definitely stay here again if I have a layover in Dallas.

My husband said he heard people talking and laughing loudly in the hallway in the middle of the night. It seems the doors are not very soundproof. Similar with the bathroom doors. When sitting on the toilet, you hear people talking in the room as loud as if they were in the bathroom with you.
