Kew is a lovely place

Was in a good location. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was a little claustrophobic.

The location for Kew gardens and Richmond was fantastic! Very warm flat and host very helpful and kind.

The sofa bed was really unusable with no sheets or mattress topper. Flat nor beds suitable for four people staying there.

It was easy to check in via the key lock box. Neil was very responsive and communicated efficiently throughout the entire stay. The property was immaculately clean with nice personal touches. I can highly recommend Rara Indian Restaurant which is close by. Location is excellent close to Kew Gardens station and/or within walking distance to Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. Thank you for an excellent and easy stay.

There is only one window (which is frosted) as the property is located at ground-level. While I appreciate this is to maximise privacy, and is something that cannot be changed, it did make the room feel a little small/closed in. That being said, I had a great stay and this room was perfect for a couple of nights.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Kew Gardens and Kew Gardens Station. There are some great restaurants and cafés around the area, along with a nearby supermarket. The studio had everything we needed, and it was spotless and tidy. Neil made the check-in and check-out seamless, so that was also great. I highly recommend this place.

It has everything: hairdryer, soap, washing up liquid, microwave, towels, bedding and even kitchen roll!

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Cozy, clean and welcoming. Better than I had expected! Had everything I needed for a peaceful 5 night stay, including the fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment is in a nice location close to the station, with plenty of nearby shops and 5mins walk away from Kew Botanical Gardens. Brilliant communication from the host too. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again :)
