This apartment is compact but very well set out, clean and the decor is lovely. I think Neil has gone to a lot of trouble to make it as comfortable as possible. It was very convenient to the train station, the National Archives and the village at Kew Gardens Station where I found everything I needed and having the laundromat nearby was good too. Loved that it was a ground floor unit.

The step into the shower is a little high especially as the shower is small and it makes it a bit hard to get into but you do get used to it. A small portable step would be useful there.

Great location, easy to access by tube (Kew Gardens) very clean, & well cared-for. People were very nice & helpful, too.

The place was clean and cozy. Although small, the space is extremely well used, so that we never felt cramped. The kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary to make meals at home. We loved the location, which was overall quiet and very close to Kew Gardens and Kew Station. The shower was also great (hot water, high pressure). The host, Neil, was welcoming, very responsive, and thoughtful. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

The bed was a bit hard for our taste. The apartment has bright lights, but not many windows.
