Good communication, everything was exactly as advertised.

One of the bathroom showers had low water pressure. The other was better than average pressure, so it was frustrating.

Casa Bianca was the nicest, cleanest, largest place at which we have ever stayed. It is so spacious with high ceilings. Everything was new and in good condition. We were amazed at the size and roominess of the place.

Nothing except perhaps street traffic.

Missing the filters for coffee machine. Unfortunately no elevator, so we have to drag all suitcases by stairs.
