CASA BIANCA Bella Vista

Place was clean overall, beds were comfortable, it was a big place, location was great 10 meters from 2 subway stations and bus stops and with a supermarket just across the street. Patio was great even we didn't use it. Good value for the money.

Everything was great, place would benefit from a swimming pool, maybe another bathroom given that it's capacity is 12 persons .

The location, Spacious rooms, The backyard, Some of the guests were locked out of the apartment and the owner quickly sent someone to assist

The place seemed clean at 1st but definitely wasn't.. The walls and sheets were dirty...There was noise coming from the apartment upstairs all hrs of the night into morning while trying to sleep with my 1yr old, also sounds like water dripping constantly .. I contacted the owner via whatsapp with my concern and she never replied or addressed the issue because it never stopped

The location the staff was very nice

The shower is very slow no pressure with the water the hot water kept going out while showering, one of the bedrooms AC kept leaking water flooded the floor.

Beautiful and roomy ...loved it was very happy with the place even though they were minor issues

Had a gas smell coming from laundry room .also could hear leaking pipe in the ceiling

Beautiful place.

Payment was difficult.
