DEGood gym to workout a bit during the stay and big Pool for swimming. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and clean. Good possibility to sit and work in the hotel room although the Internet speed could be a bit faster.
There could have been more storage options in the room. The existing cupboard is very limited. The location is next to the main road and by foot it is quite a walk to Patnem or Palolem beach. There is no direct connection to the beach from the hotel. But they offer bus shuttle service or you can get yourself a scooter, which makes it more comfortable.

INHotel was very clean. It's close to Rajbagh beach. One of the cleanest beaches. Hotel provides free shuttle service to Palolem.

GBI recently stayed at this fantastic hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! It's new and beautifully designed, showcasing the high standards of the Taj group. However, what really made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. From the friendly security guard to the efficient front desk team, every member went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful experience. They were attentive, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile, making our visit truly enjoyable. Overall, the combination of a lovely environment and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great experience!
It's hard to answer this because everything was great; however, they have a second building that was constructed recently. I could tell the furniture in our room was new because it had the smell of wood and varnish. There were a few minor issues, but nothing that really affected us.
