GBThe hotel is clean, which is probably its biggest advantage in this country. Some of the staff are very friendly, and there is a good number of staff available to help guests
We really liked this hotel, but be careful with their beach shuttle service. They told us to call the drivers when we needed a pickup, but if you don’t have a local SIM card or your internet is limited, it’s not possible to make those calls, so we agreed with driver to pick us up in one hour, but no one showed up, we had to take a taxi back to the hotel, and at reception they still insisted we needed to call the driver! So our question to the hotel is how do you expect international guests to contact your drivers ?
GBLovely new hotel, large room and balcony overlooking pool. Pool area very pleasant and good gym facilities. Really helpful staff. Food good and good value.
Eggs took a while to arrive as breakfast was very busy. Plenty of choice though.

I booked the room for one guest by mistake and was charged an additional occupant fee of 1500 rupees at reception by Shefali. However, when I checked online, the same booking for two guests was the exact same price. Charging extra at the desk in this situation felt unreasonable and inconsistent. Breakfast was disappointing. There was a 20-minute wait for eggs, the fruit selection was very limited, and some of the food looked like it had been sitting out for a long time. There were also dirty cups at the coffee machine and no plates available, which made the experience feel poorly managed. The Wi-Fi in the room was also unreliable. I wasn’t able to stream Netflix, and it wouldn’t be suitable for anyone needing to do online work. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, particularly if you expect decent breakfast service or need reliable internet.

INGreat location and access to most of the popular beaches around Palolem. Sea View rooms are excellent for the views it offers. Staff is super courteous and they are quick in service
