"Highlight of our Japan trip"

This was easily our favorite hotel of our 2-week trip to Japan. Staff is extremely kind and attentive, there are small snacks & drinks provided in the lobby throughout the day, samples of local sake & wine, and the gelato bar was something we took advantage of every night! The room itself was amazing - large space with beds and a sitting area, and the in-room onsen was much appreciated after long days of exploring. The location was also perfect - it's in the middle of many tourist attractions, but tucked away on a quiet street. Overall we absolutely loved this hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto!

It was the best hotel that I have ever stayed. The breakfast was delicious too. The staffs was also super helpful and friendly. I will definitely come back.

施設と静かで落ち着いた環境

テレビ台の片隅に結構な埃が溜まっていたこと。せっかくの良い設備や雰囲気を台無しにしてしまうのではないでしょうか。 連泊しているにもかかわらず、飲み物の 補充がなかったこと。
