Het hotel, de kamers, het personeel en de zwembaden waren op zich prima, maar wat ons het meeste beviel was de parkeergelegenheid.

Waiters should be more helpful. They mostly just stand around and don't attend to you. Gym is terrible. No upkeep. Most stuff is broken.

Потрясающий чистый воздух, кристальное море! Красивый пляж . Вкусная еда. Нет большого разнообразия, из морепродуктов только рыбка жареная/тушеная, но все продукты вкусные , хорошие овощи, фрукты.

Не работал термальный бассейн, спа в плачевном состоянии. При заселении в номере не все было укомплектовано ( не была заменена туалетная бумага, салфетки. Только мыло в диспансере. Никаких шампуней, щеток и прочее. Я привезла 7 человек. Был юбилей 70 лет моей тете, комплементарно в номере был букет и кусок «торта» . Я все понимаю, но лучше бы это были фрукты, а не нечто непонятное жесткое с орехами для взрослого человека. Странно, но кофе из аппарата выдают в руки…не оч вкусный. Напитки за ужином платные, все кроме воды. Даже чай.

The location of the hotel is amazing and the surrounding nature is wonderful. The display from windows is second to none and gives the perfect feeling of escape from urban chaos. The hotel itself is cozy for me, and trees growing right inside the main hall are heartwarming and comforting. The cooking staff is perfect. The food, especially dinner, is great, though the price of half-board is affordable. The hotel has its own beach, which is clean. I enjoyed swimming a lot.

Some of the hotel managers. She kicked a fuss about us bringing a little of our own food from the city citing hotel rules. First, they never openly tell you that the hotel prohibits bringing your own food and beverages. This ban looks asinine. I already paid you for half-board, why can’t I bring some local delicatessen to enjoy? Especially, I have some diet needs, and drink dairy daily, but they don’t even offer Ayran. This hotel manager was also going around the hotel and picking up at staff. The staff seems exhausted and bullied. The staff are all polite and helpful, but they all seem to lack rest. The manager had better paid attention to hotel procedures. For example, we ordered a twin bed, but when we checked-in it wasn’t done, thought we wrote a request via booking. The girl at the reception, if I’m not mistaken Sabrina, who speaks some Russian, helped us switch rooms. Also, sometimes it reeks of sewage in the room.
