The breakfast , the dinner and the waterslide facilities.

Communication was limited because even though the staff was friendly they couldn't speak English. The room had a smell of mold, and the spa area was looking like it was abandoned and some spots were damaged and dirty.

"Schöner Urlaub dank dem liebevollen Personal . Das Hotel braucht aber dringend eine Renovierung!"

Fas Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vor allem im Restaurant ( Frühstück/ Abendessen ) hat Barış uns täglich begrüßt und gut bedient . Er war sehr fleißig und freundlich.Ein sehr guter und zuverlässiger junger Mann . Auch alle anderen - wo mir jetzt die Namen nicht einfallen - waren immer höflich und nett. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich sehr gut geeinigt . Sema - Nur war eine soo liebe und fleißige Reinigungskraft . Sie hat alles im Zimmer so schön sauber gemacht , uns jeden Tag frische Handtücher gebracht . Auch ihre Vorgesetzte Frau Berrin war sehr zuvorkommend und höflich . Am Meer war das Personal genauso liebevoll und nett. Vor allem Volkan und Ismail haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt und sich sehr gut gekümmert . Tolles Personal! Das Essen war auch excellent ! Sehr lecker und reichlich . Hat immer gut geschmeckt . Ein Dank an alle Köche und Mitarbeiter in der Küche . Das Pool vorne ( es gab 2) war sehr sauber und ruhig . Toll zum entspannen ! Der Strand war auch schön . Steinig aber recht flach fallend .

Leider ist das Hotel renovierungsbedürftig . Die Möbel sind alt . Es gibt kein Abendprogramm, obwohl die Möglichkeit da wäre ( leere Räume im Erdgeschoss) Das Hotel könnte viel besser genutzt werden . Es wirkt so ‚eingeschlafen und müde '. Wir sind 2018 schon mal da gewesen . Seitdem hat sich leider nichts verändert. Mehr Farbe , mehr Frische … tagsüber etwas Action ( Wassersport ect) Abendprogramm mit Musik fehlt . Es kam zwar abends zum Dinner eine Sängerin aber das war wirklich keine schöne Musik . Immer das gleiche und langweilig. Etwas mehr Pepp und eine komplette Renovierung und ich würde wieder kommen .
