Grosses Appartement, Lift bis vor die Haustüre im 7. Stock, hell, fantastische Aussicht, alles Wichtige vorhanden und einiges darüber hinaus. Relativ viel Verkehr, aber dank 7. Stock weit unten. Grossartige Gastgeberin: Auch nachts engagierte sie sich 30 Minuten lang bis das WLAN wieder funktionierte. Stets gute und hilfreiche Kommunikation. Bei Sonderwünschen sehr entgegenkommend.

Die Wohnung selbst war ok und entsprach den Angaben im Prospekt. Aber aufgrund der Lage für einen Urlaub nicht geeignet, höchstens wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof als bloße Ausgangsstation für Besichtigungen in der Umgebung. Sehr gut hat uns die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin und der anderen Menschen, denen wir begegnet sind, gefallen.

Die Lage/Umgebung der Wohnung war furchtbar: Extrem laut bei Tag und bei Nacht und ganz schlechte Luft aufgrund des starken Autoverkehrs, weshalb man den kleinen Balkon mit der schönen Fernsicht gar nicht nutzen konnte. An erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken (wegen Lärm bei geöffnetem Fenster und Erkältung bei geschlossenem wegen Klimaanlage). In der näheren Umgebung gab es zwar kleine Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf, aber weder Restaurants/Trattorien, wo man mal einen schönen Abend hätte verbringen können, noch Straßencafés, Eisdielen o.ä. für eine kleine Entspannung für zwischendurch. Es gibt nur Take aways oder billige Pizzerien. Überhaupt ist die Umgebung sehr trist bis heruntergekommen und sehr schmutzig. Da möchte man sich nicht gerne aufhalten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub deshalb nach vier Tagen abgebrochen.

Elektrika na kartico/ključ, tako da čez dan, ko nisi doma ni možno hladiti apartmaja. Ker je stanovanje v neizoraliranem bloku in ker je klima samo v dveh sobah, je v stanovanju zelo vroče tudi ponoči. Zaradi slik smo zmotno mislili da imamo na voljo varovano parkirno mesto za ograjo. Ni parkirnega mesta, parkira se na ulici.

It is a nicely looked after apartment with most of the things you need. The views are great and we spent a lot of mornings on the balcony. (The sea is to the front and Vesuvius is seen out the back). It was helpful being near the train station.

Bellissimo appartamento. Ampio, molto ben arredato, pulizia impeccabile. Vista mare. Un enorme balcone sul davanti, da cui ammirare la bellezza divina del meraviglioso mare. L'appartamento è vicino alla stazione Vesuviana (la stazione si trova sul retro dell'appartamento). Ottima posizione. Il proprietario stabilisce un'eccellente comunicazione. Molto semplice effettuare il check-in seguendo le istruzioni del proprietario.

The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. The beds in the bedrooms were very firm and comfortable, the couch somewhat less. The kitchen was well equiped, we had everything we needed and more. The host Flora was really, really great. She didn't meet us in person, but she was available on WhatsApp. She contacted me prior to our arrival and sent video instructions for accessing the building and the apartment. She was also very helpful with any information we needed (for instance regarding travel to Naples, parking, getting to the beach etc.) The apartment has great views of the sea on one side and of Vesuvius on the other. It is also right next to the train station, which can be a little loud, but it didn't bother us and it came handy when we wanted to take the train to Naples.

The table was small for six as there isn't enough room in the kitchen, so we took turns to eat breakfast for instance. We could still gather around the table for an evening hangout with pizza, so we didn't mind.
