DENo kettle, no tea/coffee, no hairdryer, no plug socket near the mirror, shower out of order
GBLocation was ideal, not far from station and not to far to walk to Hanley.
Shower under refurbishment, linen on bed had holes in, carpet in room stained no tea or coffee facilities. Other resident’s very noisy at night but were dealt with by management.
GBThe room was great, nice and spacious bathroom was lovely, double bed was a little hard for my preference however it was warm clean and great value for money.
The parking situation was a little rubbish although out of hosts control there is parking in a nearby park and price was cheap for all night parking.
FRThe photos don't do it justice - the room is huge! A double bed, two singles, a couch and coffee table and two desks, lots of closet space and a large bathroom with bath and shower (though shower was in renovation during our stay). It was clean and comfortable, bar a few carpet stains, but reserve the singles for kids as the mattresses are really too squishy for adults. You can cook/heat up food in the kitchen which has basic plates, mugs, cutlery etc. The area is generally OK, not a lot of choice to eat out around (mostly kebab type food) , but it was near the Uni campus which was the reason for our visit.
Not for anyone with any kind of mobility issue as the stairs to first floor are extremely steep. There is no off-road parking at this property - on street parking for free on the opposite side of the road if you can get it and they didn't have a resident permit for the other side. No kettle and tea/coffee in the room - you find all that in the downstairs kitchen but it's a big challenge trying to climb those stairs with a full mug (and the spill stains on the carpet are testament to that!).
GBClean although carpet was very stained
Broken glass panel not fully removed after braking previous to our stay. Only 1 thin pillow per person and very thin duvets. Although states parking available it should say this is residential parking and may not be close to property.
EEIt was really modern and really clean - even the stairwell was freshly renovated. The room just had beds, TV and a bathroom, but what else do you need.
The shower was broken so we had to use the bathtub, which was lovely, but a bit annoying and time-consuming. Also they gave us 2 towels for the booking of 4 people, which was a bit annoying.
GBThe host was professional, polite and accommodating, the room was immaculate and just what we were hoping for

GBRoom very spacious and airy. Bathroom was superb. Storage was really good. Having access to a kitchen was ideal for our daughter who isn't keen on eating out and only wanted toast for dinner. A few nice cafes and fast food restaurants nearby. Easy walk to train station (just make sure you come out the correct exit on arrival at Stoke or you'll have a slightly longer walk, but still not a big deal).
Carpets a bit stained / with cigarette burns - but not dirty as such. Stairs were steep but that was ok.
GBThe room was big and the en suite also big with a shower and separate bath. Bathroom nice and clean. Bed comfortable but pillows could be better
Although they did the job the towels could be a little bigger. Room and bathroom clean however the carpet on the stairs and in the bedroom were very dirty and the bedroom at least should be cleaner. A kettle and a couple of mugs would be useful even without tea and coffee.
