Waste of time

Couldn't find the hotel. I called the hotel, didn't my answer my call. So I had to find another hotel.

THIS HOTEL DOES NOT EXIST. Scam hotel, they send you to a completely different area than what is described here: a hotel called Hotel Plazzo (you can see their awful Google reviews). Do not book especially if you are an international traveller.

It's a scam, first of all its not in aerocity l, it's in Mahipalpur interior. Secondly it's not all all family hotel. It's given 3 star rating which is completely wrong. Bathroom filled with smell and fungus growing all over. Walls are broken and breakfast is a lie.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and one of its standout features is its prime location. Situated in the heart of the city, it’s perfectly positioned for exploring all the local attractions, restaurants, and shops – everything is within walking distance. Breakfast time

Nothing! They pretended to be a different hotel with different pictures and put my booking on canceled so I could not write a review here. Total scam!

Everything is dirty and old. Does NOT look like the pictures at all. This is actually a different hotel with a very bad rating on google maps, they pretend to be a new hotel but this is just a scam. Stay away!

The hotel is very comfortable to stay in because it has all the facilities which can make your stay comfortable. If it is a big room or the cleaning is amazing then the room is of good size or is very well decorated which attracts you with it. Hi service is also very fast because the staff at Volga is friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was very tasty and healthy too. If I came to Delhi again I would stay at hotel The Volga.

One of my best nights I satayed on this lovely hotel. So comfortable and I never felt being home in hotel as on this hotel. Managers and propably owner was welcoming friendly. My room was not ready and I left very heavy luggage on reception area and I left to get lunch. When I came back I found my luggage on my room carried by them. The view of my room was stunning and quite. The location is so amazing in central Delhi.

Service needs to be a little faster

best place ever always feels like home when i get back here. love the cozy rooms and great location. nice hot showers and daily towel service. unbelievable for the price. want to update my review again because i can't believe the bad reviews. the rooms are CLEAN and cared for, the showers are super hot with lots of pressure, of course there is street noise it's downtown? deal with it. enjoy the ambiance you can still open your window and hear the lovely birds.
