Airport Delhi Hotel Plazzo

Couldn't of asked for a better location. Booked on a whim as it was 1 of the cheapest hotels available. It beat all my expectations. Great location around plenty of shops and short walk to the shopping area. The room itself was quite nice though a bit outdated but you get what you pay for. The shower had good pressure and temperature.

Very healthy site and very much kids loved it. Customer service was awesome and amazing. I have visited other resort and hotels and I find such a good customer service and very friendly like new pleymoth people around. Even people go pass say HI HELLO that shows the quality of people here are BEST. 100% satisfied

We were sent to a different hotel than the one advertised, no breakfast was provided although it was mentioned as included, the rooms were old and dirty, they tried to charge a higher price whilst the hotel was worse, there were no lifts, and sent a transport which charged us an exhorbitant fee to drop us at the hotel (a taxi on Uber charged 10 times less the next morning to go back to the airport)

Nicely renovated building with friendly, helpful staff. Less than 10min walk from the centre so a good location. Parking is a bit limited for the size of the hotel but there is free parking on the road. Our room was a bit cramped, although the bed was very comfortable. To be fair, it was the cheapest room offered. We didn't use the restaurant as it was buffet style service and fairly expensive; although it might work for anyone with a big appetite.

There's a 24 hr reception which makes it feel more secure. And for the room itself it's standard. A bed for you to sleep in with a small shower/toilet. Don't expect extreme comfort, but for your money. It's clean and safe.I mentioned this after entering my room then returning to Reception. As soon as I mentioned the staff couldn't be more helpful and sorted it all out within minutes. Absolutely awesome service! A great budget option in a central location in the city, the room was spotless and comfortable too.

For the price, we were not expecting the friendly staff and spotless, comfortable rooms we got. Yes, the rooms were small, but they were perfect for somewhere to crash on a weekend to visit friends.1st thoughts when seeing the building, was not the best, but when you enter and then see the rooms, it's wow what a surprise, looks so different to what you expect, pleasant staff on the reception, helpful when we needed help, rooms were decent but with easy hotels you pay for what you want, and we had a twin room with bathroom and a window and was happy, lots of plug sockets and usbs which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely said we stay here again

Hotel the Volga is a very interior hotel at a low price. All the facilities are available which make your stay comfortable, all the staff contribute in this. If we talk about the room then it was very clean and spacious, kettle and tea set, toilet paper, soap, towel, chapal, free wifi were provided in the room. The decoration of the room was quite tempting which was attracting me. Really I stayed in a interior hotel at such a low tariff. I will recommend other people to stay in Volga hotel.

Have stayed here before when going to the Airport and if we needed to would do it again. The Staff are so helpful welcoming and friendly. They make the best start to any holiday.Everything you could want in a clean and friendly environment. The beds are very comfortable and you have the option of a heater if you like the a warmer room.The hotel is on the road. There are shopping malls, restaurants and other facilities near the hotel. The airport is just 10 minutes away by taxi from the hotel.

The breakfast time was late due to which we could not have breakfast

The actual room was different from the photographs shown in site. Unclean bed and unhealthy condition in the room. The mattress in the room was unable to take the load and dipped about six inches in the middle. The bath towels must be many many years old and colour of the white bath towels have become greyish.No option but a healthy and tasty ‘Aaloo Parotha with chutney’ breakfast.

Lack of transperancy.

This is not a hotel its some old lodge and its already full with customers who walkin. Its reviews and photos in website are misleading.
