Forth Road Bridge Views

Excellent location to enjoy the Firth of Forth bridge or to visit Edinburgh, with frequent public bus connection to the city centre just 200 m from the property; free street parking, a supermarket next to the property and many places to have breakfast or dinner just 3-4 min walk; lovely hostess, great hospitality; generally superb value for money

Bathroom shared with the family - but you cannot expect more from the very reasonable priced property.

We arrived very late and left very early so unfortunately didn't meet our host but through messages she was lovely and i wish we had the time to chat :) Ive seen people moan about the parrot?? it states on the listing that she has a parrot, we were actually looking forward to meeting him but again our times just didn't line up we arrived at around 11:00. Also, parrot was silent until the morning. Great location, so close to the airport! Great value for money, we just needed a cosy place to sleep and we got just that and saved £100, as the hotels near the airport are expensive.

The place is in a beautiful town, one bus line gets to the city center. Bus stop just steps from the place, there is a grocery store just nearby, very convenient location. The room is very clean and unique. The view from every window is gorgeous. Ann is very warm and welcoming, giving us suggestions as it is our first time in Scotland. Thanks Ann for opening your place. We will definitely come back next time. Take care 😘

Cosy little home stay. Anne was a great friendly host. Nothing was any bother. Great location. 20-30 mins drive from Edinburgh. Local shops and co-op nearby. Fantastic pub (Ferry Tap) 5 mins walk away. Bed was comfy, room was spotless. Had access to clean towels and bathroom.

All the speed bumps in the surrounding roads.

No breakfast. Anne was very friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness could be better. Not what we thought we were booking but for one night it was acceptable.
