夜遅くに到着したが、ホストの女性が暖かく迎えてくれて、持ち込みのラップを温め、サラダとミルクティ、更にドーナツやイチゴを用意してくださいました。　長旅で疲れていたので、ありがたかったです。部屋は広く、清潔でした。 リビングルームからは、美しい橋と川の景色が見て、朝は、ミルクティーとジンジャーブレッドが供されました。賢く、人懐っこいオウムが家の中に放し飼いになっていて、私の腕にも乗ってきました。朝はこのオウムの美しい歌声で目が覚めました。鳥の苦手な人は注意された方がいいかもしれません。私はオウムも含め楽しい滞在でした。 　トイレとシャワールームはオーナーと共有です。完全にオーナーの家に泊めてもらっていう感覚でした。 場所は、観光地である橋や歴史的な街に徒歩5分ほどであり、隣にはスーパーマーケットがありました。 　近隣のバス停からエジンバラ空港に15分ほどでした。また滞在したいと思います。

リビングルームの暖炉を修復中で少し散らかっていました。 オウムが自由気ままに家の中を飛び回っているので、清潔面に少し疑問は感じましたが、攻撃されるようなことはなかったです。かわいいオウムでした。 　他は良くないことはなにもないです。

Anne was wonderfully welcoming and helpful. Thank you. We felt right at home.

We were welcomed with "would you like a cup of tea or coffee". Everything was spotless. The landlady was great fun to talk to. We felt like members of the familiy. The parrot followed us everywhere ad was curious about us. In the end we got a ride to the bus-stop to the airport. South Queensferry is direktly on the seashore and only a few minutes walk away.. There ist a great selection of Pubs and restaurants and a scenic walk to the Bridge. We will certainly stay there next time.

There was only one bathroom for the family and us, but that was kept very clean so it wasn't really any problem.

Super freundliche Gastgeberin, wundervoller Graupapagei, bequemes Bett. Das Zimmer war total gemütlich.

L'hotel està molt ben situat i pel preu excel·lent. La nostra amfitriona va ser molt amable, ens va tractar com si fora casa nostra i no vàrem tindre cap problema per a fer el check-in. La casa és super bonica i molt funcional. La zona és residencial però està molt ben situada per a accedir a Edimburg.

No va ser un problema per a nosaltres, però cal tindre en compte que hi ha un lloro (que de vegades canta i està prop de l'habitació) i un gat (per tema al·lèrgies).
