L échange avec la propriétaire

L inconfort, habitation délabrée en travaux de réfection. La télévision n a pas fonctionné malgré l intervention de la propriétaire. La chambre n etait pas du tout insonorisée, nous entendions toutes les paroles de la propriétaire et de son enfant. Il y avait un perroquet qui grattait a la porte et faisait un bruit infernal

Estancia muy recomendable, nos hemos quedado de viernes a martes y nos hemos sentido en todo momento muy cómodos, la anfitriona es muy servicial y nos ayudó en todo momento informándonos de las opciones de transporte y de supermercados. A demás nos dejó quedarnos unas horas más de las que supuestamente alquilamos. Todo estaba muy limpio y muy bien preparado para nosotros. Sin duda repetiremos de lugar.

I needed a room near Edinburgh Airport, as I had a flight the next day. I had just left the Isle of Skye, and leaving it was not without regret. Upon arriving at Ann’s, I received an extraordinary welcome. The house exudes a singular atmosphere, almost as if it had stepped out of a fairy tale… I immediately felt at home. At first, it seemed strange, but Ann and her personality, which she has infused throughout the house, had something to do with it. You feel like a neighbour, like an acquaintance… From the kitchen, the view of the bridge is breathtaking. The bedroom is sumptuous. Lying on the bed, it invites you to rest, to serenity, and to sleep, enveloping you as if in cotton. I fell asleep feeling at home. So, for those of you looking for a five-star hotel with an aseptic and cold decor, preferring appearance over being, image over substance, representation over reality, move along: at Ann’s, there is far too much life, far too much human warmth to feel… Leaving the Isle of Skye was not easy, and leaving Queensferry wasn’t either… But this stop was the cherry on the cake of an extraordinary journey through Scotland… Travels are also made of priceless encounters, and that is what can make them truly magical…

Ann es una excelente anfitriona, muy amable

Un poco de suciedad en la cocina, y de el pájaro 🐦 que tiene viene a comer en tu plato 🍽️. Tuve que comer siempre en la habitación 🛏️

It was most convenient for overnight stay prior to an early flight from Edinburgh.

Anne was very hospitable and kind. Her and her son, Houston were great hosts. The room was very clean and she treated you like you were one of her friends in town for holiday.

Ein super netter Kontakt und unkompliziert, eine tolle Gastgeberin. 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Hafen entfernt, Supermarkt direkt unterhalb der Straße, 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Flughafen Edinburgh entfernt. Wenn ich wieder in der Nähe bin, werde ich mich freuen dort wieder übernachten zu können.

Der Aufenthalt war zu kurz!
