Proprietario pessimo. Il nostro volo ha fatto ritardo, ho avvisato ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta, sia via chat che al telefono. Non ci hanno inviato le istruzioni per accedere e, dopo vari tentativi, alle 2 di notte abbiamo dovuto trovare un altro hotel, a nostre spese, perché non siamo riusciti ad accedere. Pessimo il servizio.
