Nadie atendía el Telf. Luego las instrucciones de ingreso complicadas. Tuvimos que andar con las maletas pues nadie daba razón. Nos pareció poco formal la forma de recibir. No hay nadie, y si uno no tiene Telf con llamada internacional , no puedes comunicarte.

La ubicación es genial, esta directamente en el centro, todo es asequible a menos de 10 minutos, hay restaurantes en sus alrededores, supermercados e incluso el danubio.

La ropa de cama no se veía del todo limpia, olía un poco mal, la ducha tenía hongos en el suelo y se notaba que no le han hecho una buena limpieza, del baño, ducha y lavamanos salía un olor como de alcantarilla, como la habitación es pequeña tuvimos que cerrar la puerta del baño para no sentir el olor que salía de allí, la habitación es tal como se muestra en las fotos, pero siento que el dueño debería comunicar el estado en que se encuentra la casa, es un edificio muy viejo, las puertas de todo el edificio parece que se caerán en cualquier momento, además suenan muy duro, el edificio huele a humedad y lo primero que te encuentras en la entrada son los botes de basura que huelen mal o personas buscando entre la basura. Las noches que estuvimos allí, hubo demasiado ruido por parte de los vecinos y las puertas se abrían y cerraban constantemente, además las luces de los pasillos las prendieron toda la noche y la luz entraba por la puerta.

Cleaning ( not proper dusting

Perfect location, almost everything in walking distance. Nicely decorated room, well equipped kitchen. Good check-in instructions, instant communication with staff when needed. They let us check in earlier.

The room is smaller than it shows in photos but ok for 2 persons. Adequate cleaning, but some things show overused and dirty such as pillow cases and place mats. The building entrance and staircases look old, neglected and very unwelcoming for guests. Big garbage bins are the first you see when entering the building. Is a pity since the building accommodates mainly tourist flats.

A highly unsatisfactory stay experience. Firstly, the internet was down, and there was no attempt to fix it, so we had to rely on our own mobile data throughout. Secondly, the apartment was very cold, but the air conditioning was unusable—whether it was the remote control or the air conditioner itself that was broken, we couldn't get the heating to work. Lastly, the bathroom door was faulty, requiring a lot of force to close, and there was no shampoo provided. The location of the apartment was not too far from the city center, and it was conveniently close to the Danube River cruises, but it wasn't near public transportation stops.
