Nice location and friendly hosts.

A bit pricey.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely room and the beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal, about 5 minute walk from the main town. We were able to park our car at the property. It is a lovely town with a lot to see and do.

オーナーご夫婦が親切で、感じがよかった。お部屋の窓から牧草地を眺めることができ、遠くに馬が草を食む様子など見られたことが印象的。ボートン・オン・ザ・ウォーターの中心部に徒歩2〜3分程度ですごく近いのに、大きな通りに面していないここの宿は混雑エリアの喧騒をまったく感じさせない静けさがある。フットパスめぐりや近くの村へのアクセスがとてもいいので、コッツウォルズ滞在時の拠点として次回もぜひ利用したい。

Was quite noisy due to it being a converted house so just standard walls etc but that’s to be expected

Überragende Lage in Bourton. Sehr schönes großes Bad und eine geschmackvolle und liebevolle Einrichtung. Wunderbare Aussicht in die Landschaft. Reichhaltiges Frühstück nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Überaus freundliche Gastgeber 🧡!

Hosts Clive and Wendy were lovely, very friendly and easy to get along with, nothing too much trouble if you needed anything. The room was VERY clean, spacious, nicely decorated , comfy bed and pillows. Racks to put suitcases on really appreciated and Space to hang clothes. Tea/coffee, kettle and a few chocolates provided. Lovely outdoor area downstairs with tables/chairs to catch the meadow views, that you can use for dining or drinks. Car parking provided and literally a 5 min stroll into the village. Breakfast was great, especially the made to order hot items - we had yummy scrambled eggs and bacon each morning. Full spread of fruit, yoghurts, pastries, shortbread ( made by Clive) and some given to us by Wendy when we left to nibble on the road trip.

An idea that would enhance this fabulous guest house : a microwave and small fridge in the breakfast room, would be very useful to eg. heat a pre-prepared meal for dinner, keep some cold drinks handy.

The staff is very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There were plenty of continental breakfast items and coffee/ tea too. Our room was in the eaves and the sloping ceilings were really low. If you are of above average height, this may be problematic. The owners ought to mention this when booking or have signage in the room, in my opinion. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
