I booked this hostel because of the convenient location - but I got so much more Staff are amazing - always helpful, smiley, great English speakers, super professional Helped me a lot with booking the cave trekking also The food is so good and accommodation are so clean and comfortable - bonus is the free beer every night and free BBQ on sundays the staff I’ve had the greatest few nights in phong nha!

Fabulous. Truly. Some of the best prices for private rooms in Phong Nha, very fair priced Tours, and honestly the best included breakfast for this price I have seen to date. The owner is incredibly hospitable and accommodating. A truly great stay

Favourite place I’ve stayed in 4 months of travel. Most friendly helpful staff who cooked us a dinner after checking in late and gave us all the information we needed and more. Amazing room!!! Super comfortable bed and lots of space and spacious bathroom. The views were incredible from the rooftop area too. Definitely recommend staying here when in phong nha

Really enjoyed staying at Phong Nha Family Homestay. all the staff were very friendly and welcoming and made the stay easy from start to finish. They can organise tours, buses and other activities which is really convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was great, and they have bicycles you can use to explore the area. Overall a relaxed, welcoming place to stay in Phong Nha – would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hostel :) the view from the patio is STUNNING! They are so helpful with booking tours ( Ruc Mon cave , E cave - Dark cave - Golden cave , Hung thoong cave ) very amazing 🤩 buses, and doing laundry. The staff here treat you like family, and I felt so warm and welcomed. Couldn’t reccomend this place enough 💛 do the overnight cave tour and book with them! It’s sooooo worth it! Absolutely loved my stay at this hostel :) The rooms were incredibly clean, tidy, and well-maintained every day, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. The space was bright, airy, and relaxing, with cozy beds that made it easy to rest after a long day of exploring.

The staff, Soen (hope I spelled it correctly) was so nice. Every day he checked on me how is everything. Am I happy or what I did. Helped me out with the tours and rented me a motorbike. He is amazing. Also the room was huge, I didn't expect a room that big!
