Location very eay accss to evrything you nedd within walking distance, shopping, dinning ec. Owners are great , speak fluent english, they offer many local tours all which can be booked directly through them. Rooms very spacious & clean, beds are very comfy. Highly recomend & a great value. Had an issue with the WI-FI on my floor & they offered to move me up 1 floor due to it would probally take a day to get repaired, very helpful.

Nothing betwen the owners & staff made my stay feel like I was at home, nice & relaxing.

The bed was comfortable and had good aircon/fan unit in the room.

We agreed a check in time of between 5-6am in the days prior to our arrival, as that is when our sleeper bus arrived. However when we got there no one was at reception and all of the lights were off. We walked around for about 15 minutes and must have woken someone up who then came to reception. They then rang their colleague and tried to charge us 50% extra for checking in early and they reported they didn’t know about this arrangement even though it previously stated in our booking.com conversation multiple times. We were extremely disappointed with the hostile welcome and the attempt to surcharge us for something they had previously agreed on.

It was just fine. Clean, spacious , and in the right location.

It could do better on the corridor cleanness, as dust was lingering everywhere.

Big room, quiet location despite being on main street & has good AC

Very basic, the whole place is a little dirty. Room smells of mold & bathroom of urine, an insane amount of air fresher used to disguise the smell. Breakfast wasn't available the first morning but was on the friday morning, but theres plenty of cafes near by. Overall it did the job, if you want a bit more luxury like a window, hairdryer or a kettle id recommend spending the extra few pounds for somewhere else. Didn't bother me too much but just thought I'd mention.
