We reserved and had confirmation 15 days before...got confirmation of check in... when we arrived it was in use by other guests, with very few options for the night!

The absence of reability...run fast for others options.

Nur Kleinigkeiten: Eingangstür und Flur sehen nicht sehr ansprechend aus (im Gegenteil zur Wohnung), Delonghi Kaffeemaschine hat leider nicht funktioniert und das Einchecken war nicht früher möglich obwohl anscheind keine Gäste die Nacht vorher da waren. Der Parkplatz ist zudem nicht direkt bei der Wohnung und es isr nicht so leicht dort zu parken (Wand und Bordstein machen das rangieren schwer). Außerdem hätte die Kommunikation etwas besser laufen können: ich habe frühzeitig angefragt, ob wir den Parkplatz vor dem Check-In nutzen könnten aber dazu kam keine Rückmeldung. Tatsächlich haben wir dann auch erst eine halbe Std. vor dem Check-In erfahren, wo der Parkplatz ist. Hier hätte ich mir etwas mehr Kulanz gewünscht.
