The apartment is super beautiful and the host was so helpful. He stayed up after 1 am to open the door for us and organized a taxi to the apartment. Thank you for everything!

Very comfortable place. Good kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, enough space for clothes. The kitchen has everything you need, we got welcome water and enough coffee for a few days. Area is active in the evenings, but windows are good isolated and protect you from noise

Nothing special. Everything is great. Would be great to have salt and pepper in addition to kitchen

Everything is perfect: location is top, style of apartment is very modern and fashion.

Easy check in and out. Great location for walking. I would stay here again. Also, very clean!

I speak English and my husband speaks German and English. The host did not speak either so communication was difficult. Figuring out how to work the espresso machine, washer, shower, a/c were difficult because of this.

The accomodation was just amazing, everything was new and clean. The apartment was warm, even though it was March. Beds were comfortable and pillows were fantastic. The comunication with the owner was allright even though he didnt speak english. Location is perfect and the place is easy to find.

We would welcome some basic ingredients in the kitchen (salt, olive oil) and maybe some ZLT manual, because it is really confusing.

Location was great for reaching the main attractions of the city with lots of eateries around. Parking is a problem as there are many restricted car entry sections in this area. Well equipped apartment, very clean and modern and secure windows and gates.

Maybe to have keep spare toilet paper as there were 3 of us for 4 nights, there were only 1.5 rolls. The host did say we can contact him but we didn't want to bother him to deliver toilet paper. A drying rack will be good as there is a good size washing machine.

Newly renovated old two store town house located in prime area in the center of Palermo. The appartment was very well cleaned at the arrival. After a few difficulties, which can hardly be avoided with this kind of rentals, we were let into the appartment and got the instructions about how things worked. We did not see our host again before check-out. The property is within walking distance to most sights, and a the lively pedestrian streets Via Maqueda and Via Vittorio Emanuele. Crossing at Quattro Canti and Piazza Pretoria. The classic Mercato del Capo is just around the corner. As the appartment on the 1st floor is well equipped with most modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, it was good to have two good super markets are about a 25 minutes walk away, to opposite directions.

The southwards orientated balcony towards the street had a nice and open view to Piazza Sant Orofrio, but it was too narrow to sit on. But this is common in Palermo. As there is no sofa or other place to relax, except for the very good bed, it became quite uncomfortable in the long run to sit at the high dining table on bar-stool type chairs. There are three TVs, but they show only Italian spoken channels. In the nearly similar neighbour house, with the same owner, we saw other foreign guests. So, not all customers are Italian only.
