Perfect location (within less than 5 minutes from the main street, via Maqueda), clean and well-furnished. Kind and friendly staff. The mattresses were really comfortable and the shower was fantastic! There was an AC unit in every room. There was everything necessary in the apartment, including a big bottle of water, some drinks, and plenty of coffee. There was even a washing machine and a dryer with a mono dose of washing detergent. It’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

We could hear the noise from the street late in the evening, but it wasn’t that bad. After all, the house is right at the heart of the busy center, so we were kind of expecting it. Not a big deal. :) We found the room perfume a bit too strong, but this wasn’t a problem either, because we simply closed it. :) Make sure you buy a daily ticket (€5) to enter and exit the traffic-restricted zone (ZTL)! That is the only way to reach the property by car. Once there, the owner was very kind to allow us to park our car safely in front of his entrance door for the full length of our stay.

Everything was amazing, the host was super helpful and friendly, the apartment was super new, well kept and clean, with comfortable and beds, amazing pillows, everything was smelling good and clean, there was even coffee, water and sodas as a welcome to the guests and laundry detergent. The location was excellent, near the main attractions in the historical center and a walking distance to restaurants and shops

Everything was perfect.

We booked the apartment on short notice. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating. The apartment is newly renovated and everything is very clean. It‘s very close (only minutes) to the main attractions of the city and a great ice cream place is very near by.
