Manchester City Centre Apartment, Skyline View

Very good locación with fantastic views, huge potential in this flat, sadly the owner its a disaster.

The owner and the place customers service its terrible, never seens before something like this. Zero attention, 0 help, rude communication, no answer. The internet not worked during the all stay, no kitchen accessories, no decoration, no lamps, malfunction everywhere, everything old, outdated, broke and dirty, we finded black hairs within the fridge! Tube no work, wc broke, humidity on the walls, holes everywhere, really disgusting flat, but the worst was the owner and the 0 help and how rude he is. And after 10 days from the checkout we still not receive back our 100 gbp desposit! We already talked legal actions against the owner. So terrible and disgusting experience, becareful with this guy's!

Was not the luxury air conditioned apartment that we thought we were getting

It could be a great place, but spoiled by being tired, badly decorated and dirty.

The place was dirty, just look at the photos. I arrived late and complained to the host late on night one and was told a cleaner would come. Next morning I noticed the full extent of the state of the place and just had to leave (noticing the bed was stained and the condom packet was the last straw). I complained to booking.com who verbally assured me that I would be refunded. The host said as I had complained to booking.com I would need to deal with them. Then both the host and booking.com refused any refund. Lloyds bank onlinecreditdisputes took up the case and I was refunded some of the money. So always book with a credit card and dont expect anything from Booking.com.

Wifi was not working half the time, also it was mildly annoying entering the building

Price was cheaper

The apartment was not cleaned properly after the previous guest, and the apartment needs some freshness. The lift broke down 3 times during our stay, and no one would answer the call to assist to get the lift door opened.

The location was ideal and within walking distance of everything

Simple and easy check-in and check-out and parking locations were convenient. Apartment has a lovely view, the bedrooms are comfortable. The overall apartment had a cosy and comforting vibe to it. Was clean and tidy. Host was great too and it is in a great location, right next to the Arndale, Exchange Quays and Printworks. Will be staying again when I am back in Manchester for sure.
