Manchester City Centre Apartment, Skyline View

The apartment was clean and very convenient for the city centre.

The lift broke down with us in it, so if you don't like lifts then be aware this is on the 20th floor.

Absolutely stunning view! Very clean and reasonably priced.

The views

Cracked window in main bedroom which I thought was dangerous for the 20th floor, could do with a little bit of TLC.

The location was great! And the appartment was really comfortable. Definitely a good choice!

The keynest service had some issues when we tried to collect the keys. But it the end, everything turns out fine.

Location and view

Bedroom window was cracked on the inside and dangerously sharp and the same bedroom had a smell of what seemed like urine in the carpet . Left after less than 3 hours had to book somewhere else to stay. Had no reply from the Property about it and still waiting from booking.com to reply . Ruined our family city break, hopefully will get some sort of refund in the future if I can get a response from any of them !

The apartment was very complete, it had everything we needed, the location was super good and the view was great.

The internet failed in the evening of our last day, tv didn’t had signal during the full stay. On our last night, at 2:30am the fire alarm started ringing in the hole floor. It was an unbearable sound that kept us awake for more than one hour. As we didn’t know what to do, we tried to call the provided number at least 4 times and nobody picked up! We also sent a text but nobody replied. At least the neighbor knew what to do and helped us by calling someone in charge of the building. About the text we sent, nobody even replied, not even on the day after. Very poor costumer attention service since they didn’t care and didn’t even bother to ask how was the stay after that incident.
