Prachtig zwembad, fijne kamers. Fijne keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien.

Je moet je ervan bewust zijn dat er overal rondom de accomodatie de hele dag wordt gebouwd. Dit geeft behoorlijk geluidsoverlast. Het verblijf staat midden in een bouwproject. Communicatie met de host is alleen in het Spaans mogelijk. Bedden vonden wij erg smal. Hierdoor komen we uit op een 7, anders hadden we het zeker hoger beoordeeld!

Rustig verblijf met een fijn zwembad om te kunnen afkoelen. Centraal gelegen. In de keuken vonden we alles dat we nodig hadden. Laura deed er alles aan om ons verblijf vlot te laten verlopen.

There is a lot of construction going on in La Punta so the noise it is hard to escape from. No fault of the host at all though.

L’hôtel est bien situé.

J’ai oublié un short de bain d’une valeur de 300 € (≈6 400 pesos) dans ma chambre. Quand j’ai contacté l’hôtel quelques jours plus tard, on m’a répondu qu’il avait été jeté, sans même m’avertir ni me laisser la possibilité de le récupérer, alors que j’avais indiqué revenir prochainement. Malgré plusieurs relances polies et gentilles durant 3 semaines, aucune solution concrète n’a été proposée. Pour un client régulier, c’est un très mauvais service client. Veuillez trouver ci-joint la réponse finale (très condescendante) du propriétaire de l'hotel.
